The Looms

“A wonderful Punk “Thrash” Grass experience “

I was partially skeptical about going to see their live show at the Saint in Asbury, but like any good music fan I saddled up, found the free parking, followed the smell of cigs and folks clad in battle jackets. In Front of the venue was a big white van “Oh sweet, Touring acting” I thought to myself. After a few moments of chatting with show goers and the merch tables (free stickers were provided) the curtains drew back, and the band began to play. First thought was “Washboard?” then “man these guys are tight”. The Looms took the stage, and they meant it, leaving everything they had on there that night. Not only do they have good music, but they also have good lyrics/ poetry that lead the listener to “Stand up for what they believe in”.
